My approach to therapy is always collaborative, meaning I work closely with clients to set goals, track progress, and adjust interventions as necessary. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is at the core of effective therapy, and I strive to create a supportive and trusting partnership with each client to promote their well-being and personal growth.
