I believe in providing a judgement free, safe environment for anyone who comes through my door. I believe anyone (including you!) is capable of healing and reaching their full potential, however, past life experiences and events can greatly affect this journey and I am here to assist you in processing these experiences and guide you through self-exploration.
One of my biggest philosophies as a counselor is the critical importance of the counselor and client relationship. I enjoy building rapport with every client I work with, making sure I take the time to understand their needs and what they would like to get out of our time together. I believe this is an absolutely necessary step for therapy to be a success.
