I offer relationship and sex therapy with a specialized focus on couples in their 20s-50s, including high conflict couples. These couples are faced with the challenge of rediscovering identities through life transitions while also trying to be the person your partner needs. I work with these couples together and as individuals to discover their values, needs, and desires individually and in the relationship. I also work with adult individuals struggling to maintain healthy relationships rooted in childhood trauma or dysfunction within their family of origin.
My style is warm and compassionate, but also direct and straight forward. I foster growth by challenging you and help you to hold accountability. I'm trained in Relational Life Therapy, Gottman Couples Method, & a student with Sexual Health Alliance on the Certified Couples & Sex Therapy track. I'm also EMDR & ETT trained to treat relational & sexual trauma.

Surviving a Toxic Relationship
It can be very overwhelming to be a relationship with an unbalanced power dynamic. Sometimes leaving or ending the relationship is not a real option for individuals at the moment. This group is for those individuals who are unable or not yet ready to leave a toxic or unhealthy relationship.
