I also love to work with children ages 6+ leaning into art & play therapy as excellent tools for engaging them. In addition, I am passionate about supporting parents as they navigate their feelings, relationships, and place within their community, school & family.
My approach is to encourage the balance of mind, body & spirit to best achieve your counseling goals, using holistic interventions, honoring individualism & respecting cultural values. As a client-centered therapist, I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral & Developmental Therapy, Solution-Focused Interventions, and Interpersonal & Career Development.
