I strive to aid individuals, couples, and families from all walks of life who struggle with a variety of issues including mental health disorders, relationship/family conflict, grief, trauma, and life transitions/stressors. I have a huge heart for all people and specialize in adolescent, young adult, and couples therapy. In addition, I utilize my background in treatment foster care to help children process, cope with, and heal from grief and trauma.
There is a healing power of connections. I help individuals find healing through connection within themselves, with others, and in Christ. I use cognitive behavioral and family system techniques to help individuals, couples, and families understand the patterns of their struggles to create coping skills and provide healing in themselves and relationships.
Life is an adventure filled with trials, triumph, tears, and laughter. I consider myself blessed to have the opportunity to walk alongside individuals as they share their story and find healing in therapy.
