I have experience working with individuals who struggle with depression and anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, narcissistic abuse, substance abuse and addiction, life and relationship problems, hoarding and OCD. I primarily use EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). As a fellow human, I am here to listen and to help guide you on the path to recovery.
I offer telehealth to individuals located in California. Our first session will include getting to know each other to begin building trust. We will discuss your reasons for entering therapy, complete a history of symptoms and treatments. We will then set goals for treatment. A typical session with me is relaxed and conversational.
