I love working with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with obsessive thoughts impacting their ability to live fully. I have specialized in treating the OCD population for several years, and I truly am an expert when it comes to treating these symptoms. You may feel like you've been in therapy for years and still have the same ruminations taking over. You may also be reaching out for the first time at a complete loss for how to get out of your thinking. The strategies normally taught for anxiety just won't give you a break. This is why I'm here - I approach treatment through evidence-based models to find you true relief.
I specialize in treatment anxiety disorders and co-occurring disorders. Depending on your age and presentation, we will use ERP, I-CBT, ACT, or DBT along with other treatment modalities to customize a treatment to work best for you. I love incorporating spirituality for those that would like it!
I love working with those who have tried therapy and had poor results. It truly is my mission to help every single person leave therapy with a positive experience that actually helped you.
