I am particularly dedicated to clients who are BIPOC, LGBTQ+, as well as multicultural families and interracial couples. Together, we will learn about combining the principles of neuroscience, brain health, and distress tolerance skills to optimize your wellbeing.
My therapeutic philosophy promotes self-empowerment, radical acceptance, and change while integrating mindfulness practice. I utilize principles from analytical psychology, neuroscience, cognitive and dialectical behavior therapy, holistic model of wellness, as well as intergenerational family therapy.
