*Not currently taking new clients* Being a human is hard, and for most of us, no one has guided us how to navigate through the messiness of life. At some point in our lives, we might find ourselves lost and stuck. It takes a lot of courage to reflect inwards and work on ourselves. I'm committed to understanding your story in the full context of your experiences and helping you make the changes you want to see. Humor is also important to me, and I hope we can find ways to laugh together. I strive to create a therapeutic space with you that supports healing, resolution, and where you can practice skills that you can use everyday.
I worked as a research assistant at Stanford University and the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Palo Alto. I'm a master's practitioner practicing under supervision of Dr. Karin Lutter Arizala and Dr. Thomas J. Waltz. My training is grounded in evidence-based practices, with a multicultural lens.
I especially enjoy working with college students, people navigating through different cultural experiences, and individuals that want to work on anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, chronic health issues, and relationships. In psychotherapy, we will work as a team to help you gain clarity in how to take steps towards building a life that you want.
