I work from an integrative perspective, utilizing both an insight-oriented lens and CBT, DBT, trauma informed, harm reduction, and mindfulness-based interventions. A key benefit of this is that it allows you to gain a deeper sense of your struggles, while working through them in the here-and-now.
I offer individual, couples, and group psychotherapy for adults starting during emerging adulthood and extending throughout the lifespan. I have specific expertise in university counseling with experience in campus sexual assault and substance abuse.
