I firmly believe that therapy can be seen as a proactive measure and not just a reactive tool( this means we can go to therapy when we are happy!). I offer traditional talk therapy as well as Brain spotting and EMDR.
I believe that therapy is a collaborative effort and will never pretend to know your life better than you.
