I frequently work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress and couples/relationship issues, utilizing CBT and SFT, as well as Mindfulness techniques, to better serve clients and meet them where they are in their lives.
I help clients find their own solutions and support them through their growth and change, which can lead to a life of balance and fulfillment. Change is hard, but also necessary in life. I enjoy working with clients to find solutions to the problems they are facing.
I am also a Professional School Counselor, so I enjoy working with students in all stages of development. I have experience working with school-related issues that many children may struggle with during their school years.
