As a therapist, my goal is to provide a safe and compassionate space where ANYONE can receive encouragement and support as they navigate life's challenges. I understand the impact of trauma, anxiety, poor self-esteem, substance use disorder, and relationship issues. I am committed to helping clients unwind stuck, repetitive, and critical patterns in their lives. I empathize deeply, having experienced similar struggles myself without judgement… I know, I’ve been there. I get it. My background is diverse; it includes experience in education, the medical field, and military service. I am a Veteran. I have life experience. l bring a unique perspective to my practice. I have worked extensively with clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, life-transitions, burn out, substance use disorder, anger management, self esteem and Lgbtqia+.

I have helped women/men uncover their authentic selves, break down barriers, set up boundaries, and help children be free from the conformities of their peers/others.
