I specialize in working with young adults and adults with anxiety-related issues, life transition difficulties, relationship challenges, and values exploration. I also offer walk & talk therapy for those wanting to connect with nature!
My theoretical orientation is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). However, I utilize other interventions that fit my clients' specific needs. I am also a certified Prepare-Enrich Therapist, Gottman Level 1 & 2 Trained, and TRM Level One and Two Trained.
