In my practice, I blend mindfulness, somatic, attachment, and trauma-informed approaches within present-moment awareness. I am passionate about helping individuals heal from relational trauma including regaining nervous system regulation, re-inhabiting the body, releasing shame, and re-parenting wounded attachment systems. With a strong emphasis on inner healing intelligence, I collaborate with clients to become more familiar with their innate wisdom and ability to heal and achieve growth. I am also a strong advocate for the responsible and equitable integration of psychedelic medicines into the therapeutic process.
