My career has been dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and young adults achieve balance and direction through a strengths-based lens. After serving as a school counselor for over 6 years and in private practice for 3, I have come to recognize the significant role mental health plays on performance, friendships, family dynamics, and overall well-being. I understand the constant struggles of juggling current responsibilities while also trying your best to plan ahead and work toward your goals. This is where I come in.
As a child and family therapist, I value the unique relationships I am able to create with my clients. My intention is to empower young people to communicate effectively with peers and adults as they work toward independence and personal growth. In our time together, we identify goals and work as a team towards progress, rather than perfection.
