Trauma, anxiety, and depression significantly impact our lives and growth as individuals. It can feel like we're stuck, going nowhere, or drowning. I work with people who have experienced trauma and who may be struggling with the vast and confusing symptoms associated with anxiety and depression. I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds, but have extensive experience with children and adolescents, many of whom struggle with school or social anxiety, difficulty with peers, low self-esteem, self-harm, and suicidal ideation.
I bring my humor, authenticity, and experience into work with clients and their families in order to create a treatment plan based around their unique struggles and goals, using a number of strategies including education and talk therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, mindfulness skills, and play therapy, among others.
