I have worked in Washington on the front lines in mental health throughout the pandemic. I’m thrilled to incorporate my west coast love of the great outdoors, inclusivity, mindfulness, and culture into my practice for a well-rounded and empowering client experience. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, and issues affecting female-identifying clients. My professional experience in community and crisis mental health afford me a holistic person-in-environment perspective crucial to uncovering root causes of maladaptive, negative, or harmful thinking patterns and behaviors. I am currently accepting new clients.
My goal is to improve functioning and somatic symptoms, increase happiness, promote self compassion, revise cognitive distortions and find healthy balance in interpersonal relationships, work settings, and family systems.
