Hi there! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of experience in the counseling field. I hold specialty certifications in trauma and substance abuse, however, I enjoy working with a diverse population of patients. I offer a free 15 minute consultation to prospective patients, and flexible scheduling options to established patients (including evening and occasional Sunday appointment options). I also offer a sliding scale payment structure of up to 50% off of my regular session fee for cash patients who demonstrate a financial need. Everyone deserves to have access to quality healthcare when they need it.
I have served a wide and diverse client base with various treatment concerns to include anxiety, depression/mood disorders, traumatic experiences, domestic violence, relationship and peer concerns, grief processing, self-esteem issues, parenting challenges, and life coaching.
My counseling style is non-judgmental and supportive. Everyone has intrinsic value and deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. I strive to support each client in the pursuit of their identified goals, and to empower them to live the life they envision for themselves.
