I really enjoy building relationships and am always excited to help clients discover their strengths and build resiliency. My goal is to be a resource for your personal growth. I have helped people who want to improve their self-esteem or work through challenges that come with changes in their lives. I have specialized training in helping those who have experienced Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I've lead classes on how to improve your communication with others, groups helping navigate depression, anxiety, stress management, and improving self-esteem.
I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in Texas and California. I have experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma. I support our military and their families on issues of mental health concerns, improving communication, stress & anger management & problem-solving skills. My goal is to provide compassionate care focusing on strengths.
I am excited to provide a fully virtual practice to clients in both California and Texas. Please note that I respond to all inquiries by the next business day.
