I really enjoy working with adults and helping to identify the barriers between where they are and where they want to be. I especially like supporting with women's issues and ageing/stage of life processing. I am very much a generalist and enjoy working with a diverse set of individuals whose goal is to create change in themselves. I appreciate working with individuals who have an idea of where they want to go, and we can discover how to get there together!
I am certified in DBT and have a special interest in mindfulness. I also have been a former practice manager and so I appreciate the work it takes for a patient to simply show up. I work in an integrative practice and have access to medication management and psychological testing, which often helps to create a more hoslistic picture of an individual.
I feel that as a clinician, I have the great honor of witnessing and guiding this work with individuals. I feel passionate about my clients, and largely this is why I left practice management. I enjoy being very present with clients and creating not only problem solving but ultimately finding deep personal growth.
