My role will never be to tell you what to do; rather we will work together to find the perfect solution for you. I accept clients from all backgrounds, identities, and cultures. I have a warm welcome for those of the LGBTQ+ community along with open relationship structures/polyamory. Areas of most experience include anxiety, depression, OCD, addiction (harm reduction model, preferably). No area or challenge is too small or seemingly too insignificant in which to engage in therapy. Clients will be successful when they come with an open mind, a willingness to be vulnerable, while also being provided their own pace and comfort.
My approach to therapy is to treat the whole person, consider their strengths as the pillar of care, and always be in the passenger seat while the client is in the driver’s seat. My goal is to help every client reach their own full potential, in a relaxed setting, that focuses on each person’s unique strengths and protective factors
Everyone should have an outlet to explore challenges, make changes, and simply process thoughts as this experience is critical to your health. Feel free to reach out for a free telephone consultation to see if you feel I might be a good fit for you. Being fully telehealth, your location is not a factor!
