Welcome to Life Source Counseling & Consulting, where we prioritize Emotional and Mental Wellness (Mind, Body, Spirit). I am Dr. Stephanie. My goal is to journey with you from "stuck to UNstoppable." I provide supportive therapy and social supports to address anxiety, stress and depression. Challenges in life are normal, however, there are times when the ability to cope with stressors require peeling back layers and guided introspection. I work with adults, couples and adolescents (15yrs and up). Let me guide you through your journey to overall wellness.
I approach therapy from a psycho-social framework. This allows clients to explore both environmental and psychological barriers. I use a variety of modalities from Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy to help clients meet their goals in a safe space free of judgement.
