I specializes in helping clients to identify and express feelings in an effective, healthy manner and to expand on use of healthy coping strategies to improve quality of life and relationships. I work with adults helping them to get to know themselves in a more intimate way and to use their strengths to make positive life changes.
I have over ten years experience of working with those working towards their recovery from trauma and self harming behaviors. My calming presence allows her clients a level of comfort to share anything in order to work towards success.
