Starting therapy can be an intimidating and humbling experience, however it can also be a life changing and a great resource to your emotional wellbeing. I value creating a non-judgmental, warm space for my clients to be able to express their needs, find relief, and reach their full potential. I use a collaborative and supportive approach to help my clients navigate life stressors and transitions. I enjoy providing support with parenthood, unresolved trauma, low self-esteem, anxiety, loss, breakups, adjustment to new circumstances, and relationship concerns.
Together we can find a better understanding of yourself, challenges you face, and explore patterns of thought that lead to unwanted feelings. I value teaching my client practical skills to manage everyday life and improve their quality of life. Sessions are tailored to your needs and progress is at your own pace.
