I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, studied psychology at an undergraduate level at Rutgers University in New Jersey and later completed my graduate work in Counseling Psychology at National University in San Diego, California.
I have experience working collaboratively with families, couples, and individuals including a spectrum of ages ranging from childhood, adolescents and adulthood. My work has focused on those struggling with feelings of anxiety, depression, negative thoughts, relationship problems and issues of self-esteem and identity.
