I work with clients to help you find your own voice, reconnect with your sense of meaning, and teach you ways to feel grounded. In our sessions my approach is heart centered. I often use reflective listening, humor, skill building, and gentle challenging to help you grow towards your goals and overcome obstacles to growth.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Montana. I have a masters degree from the University of North Texas in clinical mental health and I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
In my free time I enjoy being in nature, reading, yoga, and spending time with my dog.
