I have experience treating clients of all ages using a multidisciplinary and holistic approach. I strategically utilize a mixture of talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solutions-focused therapy, play therapy, behavior therapy, and/or parent-child interaction therapy, all within a trauma-informed lens.
My approach includes using a strengths-based and individualistic model to best assess your individual presenting problems and to align your treatment plan to fit your identified goals. I have utilized this approach within my experience while working within the foster care and adoption system as well as within private practice and inpatient care.
