Hello! Nice to meet you. My name is Stephanie and I have been primarily working with grieving individuals for 5 years. I also work with individuals experiencing depression, adjustment issues, relationship/family issues, and anxiety. I can see teens, adults, and seniors. As your therapist, I want to listen to your story, validate your feelings, and help you navigate your journey with empathy, understanding, and self-care tools. Past clients have mentioned feeling so heard and cared for after our sessions. That is my goal. Your experience deserves to be acknowledged.
I offer a calming presence and prioritze your comfort and trust. I am strong proponent of the mind/body connection and if you are open to it, will include mindfulness exercises as a part of our sessions. I also provide psychoeducation on things you are experiencing to help you understand them better as well as being your teammate in navigating it all.
I remember my first time reaching out to a therapist during a difficult time in my life. I will forever be grateful to their warm approach and undivided attention.
