Using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), I provide practical, goal-directed steps & emotional healing, empowering you to break free from these patterns & achieve lasting change more quickly than traditional methods.
My practice is values-driven, focused on integrity, quality, and well-being above all else. My sessions are highly customized and I take the time to understand each client's unique challenges and strengths. Clients are not just another number or case to me; they receive individualized care they wouldn't get in a more insurance-driven, standardized setting.
