I’m a marriage and family therapist and certified yoga instructor. I work with young adults, women, couples, and people of all ages who want to feel happier and more in control. Ultimately, my role is to help you see and accept yourself as you are now so that you can author your own story going forward.
Therapy sessions are catered to your needs, and might involve expressing emotions, learning new relationship skills, or exploring what brings you joy.
