I strive to achieve comfort and connection by encouraging vulnerability in a collaborative, non-judgmental environment. I believe the client is the expert on their life, and each session is tailored to the client’s current needs. I utilize cognitive behavior therapy and creative arts therapy to support the client as they reach their therapeutic goals.
