I have been a licensed counselor in the state of IL for 13 years. I have experience working with individuals and families who have been impacted by trauma and other difficult life circumstances. I also enjoy helping people develop strategies for managing their anxiety, including cognitive-behavioral strategies and mindfulness/relaxation techniques.
