I utilize my expertise in mindfulness based therapies, attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology and trauma informed care to tailor a therapeutic relationship that meets your specific needs. I believe the mind and body can heal when it is given the right support.

It is easier when you have the right support and tools.Do you have a group of parent friends you wish could all support one another? Host a professionally lead parenting class at your home or at my office. Parents leave these groups feeling renewed and confident as they move away from fear-based judgmental ways of parenting to building empathic and nurturing family relationships.
