Sometimes we find ourselves overwhelmed with personal expectations at school, work, and in relationships. I offer traditional talk therapy methods as well as art therapy based on individual needs and interest. No artistic experience needed for art therapy. With creative materials, you may discover an alternative way to communicate your inner experience when it is difficult to put feelings into words.
My approach is compassionate, transparent and at times humorous. I believe that repairing relational trauma starts in relationship between client and therapist.
