I will guide you through the self-discovery process by providing you with a safe place to been seen and feel heard. I will use your strengths and interests to help you heal old wounds and start living the life you've been dreaming of.
When all is said and done, you are in charge of your therapy session. I merely act as a guide, giving you tools along the way to help uncover the layers of your life that no longer serve you. Everything you need to live a satisfying and joyful life is already inside of you, and I will prove it.
