Hi there! I'm Steph, thanks for taking the time to view my profile! You’re likely here because you’re considering starting, or continuing, therapy—kudos to you! I know from being a client myself that making this choice isn’t always an easy one. Here’s a little bit about my experience, background, and approach to therapy to help you figure out if working together is something you're interested in. I work primarily with adolescents, young adults, and adults.
My areas of clinical interest include anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, body image/eating disorders, trauma, life transitions, and relationship concerns. While I utilize a variety of trainings and techniques in therapy, my main goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space where clients feel like they can openly be themselves.
I truly consider it an honor to be someone’s therapist, and have received consistent feedback from clients appreciating my authentic and genuine approach, as well as my ability to be “a real person.” I am currently offering telemedicine sessions and am happy to connect on the phone to discuss any questions you might have—thank you!
