Change Thoughts & Change Habits is for young adult women to learn how to identify personal triggers, how to change thoughts and habits, and learn healthy coping skills for dealing with anxiety and depression. The program focuses on: Similarities and differences between anxiety and depression Understanding thought processes Learning how habits are made and changed Triggers for anxiety and depression Young Adult (ages 18-24) -- Tuesdays Noon to 1 pm Adult Women (25 and older) -- Thursdays Noon to 1 pm?
