My approach is client-centered, collaborative, trauma-informed, empowering, and practical.
My specialty is trauma-focused therapy and I integrate both “top-down” cognitive and “bottom-up” somatic modalities as I join my clients on their journey of healing and recovery. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and nature-informed techniques that help to heal the way trauma impacts the entire mind-body system.
I prioritize a resonant relationship with clients to reach their goals through a variety of techniques tailored to each person's unique needs. Your story is important.
