I aim to help you discover patterns over time and work collaboratively with you to make changes. I often utilize mindful and somatic (mind/body/feelings connection through examining sensations) methods to help you slow down and access what is below the surface of “rational” thinking.
I support and even celebrate your choice to engage in therapy for your wellbeing and I would love to care for and encourage you in your life.
