I specialize in helping individuals with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, life transitions, dating, parenting, separation and divorce, and individuation/spiritual growth. I work with clients to facilitate meaningful change.
I have a background in transpersonal and depth psychology. My specialties are working with women in transition, women who want to heal childhood wounds, and women interested in exploring their journey of individuation and self-discovery.
I am a SoulCollage facilitator and lead workshops, teaching this process of creative self-discovery. This art process uses an understanding of symbols, archetypes, fairy tales, myth, divine feminine, animal wisdom and Jungian psychology. I create a safe container for women to learn more about their own path and to express their authentic selves.
