I am passionate about working with athletes suffering from traumatic injuries and PTSD. I am a recent trauma survivor from August 2020 in a near-fatal BASE jumping wall strike at Mt. Evans. I am also a sky flyer, a BASE jumper, and a hiker with years of ultra-running experience, including the Leadville 100.
I experienced the healing effects of Brainspotting to assist with the PTSD and anxiety from my accident. Thus, I became Brainspotting Certified, and eager to help address a wide range of problems including those suffering from physical injuries.
I utilize a person-focused therapeutic style with clients of varied ethnic and economic backgrounds and trauma survivors. I am hopeful to help empower clients through gaining knowledge, acceptance, and mindfulness.
