Therapy can be uncomfortable and awkward and strange. Getting to know someone new is scary, and it can feel like there’s so much pressure. My goal as a therapist is to help you feel as safe as possible while you discover the strength and skill you already have to heal and reach your goals - whatever those may be.
I’m there to help with managing anxiety, processing trauma and grief, or coping with a life transition. Our work will be centered on personal growth, increasing self-awareness and communication skills, and building more confidence and peace into your daily life. Most importantly, it’ll be what you need it to be.
I believe we all have what we need to heal, change, and grow. But it’s hard to see your own capabilities, or even where to start, when you’re still in the thick of it. I can provide a safe environment to explore that, identify what you want, see the strength you already have, and do a little better every day.
