Greetings, I am Stefanie Rios, holding a license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) working with clients statewide in California via telehealth. My work focus is individual counseling geared toward adults. I am strong in working with symptoms associated with anxiety, stress, and relational issues among others while utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Post Modern theories, and/or Family Systems to help build client’s insight and awareness of symptoms and issues.
My approach will be geared to each of the client’s needs. My clinical practice encompasses the integration of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Family Systems. I believe that transformation occurs when individuals acquire a deeper understanding of their life decisions and the ongoing patterns that shape their intra/interpersonal dynamics.
The aim is to provide guidance to individuals in cultivating awareness of their decisions and patterns, in addition to recognizing their unique strengths, abilities, and resiliencies.
