I possess extensive knowledge & 10 years experience assisting adults w/ healing from childhood trauma. Many adults don’t realize that their childhood experiences would be considered traumatic. Symptoms of ADHD, anxiety & depression may be rooted in childhood trauma. Together we will determine what is needed to reprocess the trauma and heal.
