I'm an LGBTQ+ ally, and I specialize in life transitions and wellness, "high energy" symptoms as in ADD/ADHD, anger management, stress management, anxiety, obsessive thinking, and compulsive behaviors, from adolescents and older. I also work with couples around communication, trust, and connection; and perinatal & motherhood experiences.
I use techniques from mindfulness practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. And these days, you're bound to hear me share the work of Brené Brown. These theories support us on the journey, but at the center of it all is the relationship we build.
