I provide telehealth mental health therapy to Texas and Washington residents. I believe that the best therapy is not based on the intervention but rather building an authentic, trusting relationship with your therapist and that looks different for each person. Depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD and other mental health issues can impair our ability to connect with others and keep us living in our heads. Therapy is not an easy task, but we don't get around our pain without working through it. And you don't have to do that alone...
I specialize in evidenced-based treatment of PTSD/trauma, depression and anxiety in pre-teens, adolescents and adults, working towards increased self-understanding and improving relationships. I have almost 10 years of experience providing therapy and have worked in community-based mental health, a hospital setting, group homes, child welfare and schools.
The relationship we have with ourselves, and others can hurt us but also heal us, and therapy is a great way to achieve that healing. I look forward to connecting with you soon.
