I am a passionate clinician providing support to adults from various backgrounds. Through the use of evidence-based treatment modalities, I have helped clients address issues such as low self-esteem, anxiety, difficulty regulating emotions, depression, relationship conflict, trauma, and a variety of other challenges. In addition to the treatment approaches I use, I value compassion and providing a secure space for you to explore your emotions, thoughts, and experiences.
As a Therapist, I often utilize CBT and ACT in my work with clients, as I know how beneficial it is to address thinking patterns that lead to distress. I also implement EMDR to help clients reprocess traumatic and distressing experiences that play a role in their current challenges.
