I am EMDR trained and have extensive experience treating trauma, anxiety, and disordered eating. We will create a treatment plan that is individualized to your needs. Trauma focused treatment will start with evaluating your needs and goals, and building coping skills to ensure that the difficult work can be done from a place of safety.
