Hi, Congratulations on seeking therapy! I have experience supporting clients that struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, Complex PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, panic attacks, and substance use. I have extensive experience working with clients that are indigenous and/or are struggling with distress due to living in oppressive social systems. I love supporting people that are LGBTQ, BIPOC, neurodivergent, disabled, fat/larger bodied, and/or from other marginalized communities. I am passionate about supporting caregivers, activists, and revolutionaries. I support people in cultivating agency, empowerment, creativity, connection, and love!
My ancestors are Irish, Spanish, and Tarahumara and the familial/communal cultures I was raised in have taught me a lot about power dynamics and collective liberation. I use a humanistic, anti-oppressive, Liberation Psychology approach to support clients in identifying how historical trauma, past experiences, and current circumstances shape their worldviews.
I love to support people whether they are agnostic, atheist, and/or on their spiritual journeys.
